How long is delivery?

As the majority of our products are made to order, the estimated production time is listed in the description of each product.

The delivery time will vary depending what postage option you choose. If it is urgent we recommend you choosing an express option.

Can you return an item after purchasing?

Unfortunately as we make these to order for you, we cannot accept returns. So please triple check the sizes, colour and other relevant details before purchasing.

If you have made a mistake while ordering please get in contact as soon as possible to make sure your receive the correct item.

What happens if my item arrives damaged / faulty?

If you believe you have received a faulty / damaged item, then please contact our customer care team at info@convertedkicks.com

When you get in touch with us, please kindly provide your order number and a photograph of your item.

Depending on the damage and timeframe, our team will work to provide a solution/ replacement.

Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will unfortunately not be considered as faulty.
